Outline dots representing the bleeds ( cutting area ). Used colors in CMYK ( so may be little brighter in browser , so download the image and check it ) . Feedback also please.

This label designed in illustrator with my own creativity as per your requirement in brief. Please check and feedback my design.
I'm not really into this green color, and I don't think kids will like it. As I said, you don't need to match your design with the adult version. I attached some label design samples, please see that as a reference.
