I am setting up the first of several hostels which will be in three countries in South America, the first being in Colombia. They will be know as GenieHostels. I am looking for a simple but eye catching memorable logo which suggests that our hostel is a 'wish come true' for a traveller. It needs to incorporate the image of, or illusion of, a genie (preferably NOT coming out of a lamp). The imagery can be very subtle, I am not really looking for a cartoon like appearance, more of a 'stroke art' style. I would also like to incorporate the three colors of the Colombian flag. The files: The Colombian colors (Yellow Blue Red descending), a vague illustration of what I am trying to convey when I say "subtle or stroke style" (but still conveying a genie). and a typical genie without looking too middle eastern as this will be used in South America. The winning design does not have to be necessarily male or female (obviously the genie pictured is female). The winning logo will be used on literature, the website and on a sign outside the hostel itself. I will also be requiring further web development etc. in future.
Simple, perhaps stroke like (see image suggestions) illustration of a genie using The Colombian flag colors (Yellow Blue Red descending). You can also incorporate the slogan (optional) "The journey is the destination"
