| Summary: | Logo for our publishing company. We publish books for the US NAVY and want something that reflects strength, patriotism and blue-water. |
| Description: | Our primary customer is the US Military and the US NAVY in particular. We are thinking something like a wave that crests in the shape of an eagles head with text below. We publish books that are records of their overseas deployments similar to a yearbook and distributed to individual Sailors and Marines. The logo needs to have a strong look but not too heavy and we will need it available in one color, B&W and as a CMYK with midtones, etc. Our website is www.cruisebooksource.com if you want to get a better idea of what we do. Our current logo is just a stock clipart and is fairly weak. |
| Design Goals: | Prefer the logo to be created with blue tones. It needs to be fairly compact, more in the shape of a square or rectangle. Text should be stacked in two lines. |
| Design No-Gos: | No long drawn out text lines. Nothing dainty or thin. |
