Summary:

We're looking for investment to take our company to the next level so we need a strong, memorable logo to complete our website, and also to be printed onto our products.
Description:

Our logo will be the essence of our brand and really needs to scream 'nightlife'. We would like to see variations of wordmark, pictorial, abstract, emblem and web 2.0 versions. NtagZ must be incorporated somehow and clear.
Design Goals:

Colours are open, but must incorporate a feel of luxury, VIP, fun, sophisticated, and the latest trend feel to it. It must be memorable for brand recognition. 
Design No-Gos:

Too much colour. It much have a high class/ luxury feel.

#20 #21 I think the font is too weak and may be difficult to read on merchandise etc. Easy to read is a must. Also looking for a technology element/feel. If that could be incorporated somehow.
