| Summary: | I currently have a logo design for my property management firm. I need to incorporate "Residential Property Management and Real Estate Sales" in one logo. |
| Description: | Please view my property management logo at www.kgpropertymanagement.com. It says Kennedy Group Property Management. I need a new logo designed that will incorporate property management and real estate sales together. It should read the following: Kennedy Group, REALTORS Residential Property Management and Real Estate Sales The company colors will remain the same. Black/Cahrcoal Grey/Green Do not include the wording on the bottom - Residential, Multi Unit, Commercial An updated look is acceptable but I would like to see an easy transition between the two logos. In appropriate places, the Kennedy Group Property Management logo will still be used. For the business card, include a name, office phone, cell phone, email address and BRE # 01223244. I'm looking for a business card that stands out from the crowd. |

| Design No-Gos: | What I don't want is a complete change in the logo design. As previously mentioned, they should have some consistency between the two. |

Please view my property management logo at www.kgpropertymanagement.com. It says Kennedy Group Property Management. I need a new logo designed that will incorporate property management and real estate sales together. It should read the following:

You can provide feedback to designers via following methods:
1. Rate the designs using Star Ratings above each of the design.
2. Use Discussion section to provide feedback to all designers.
3. Use Designer Entries page to provide feedback to specific designer on specific design. (Click on "Entries" link below each of the design)
4. Use Private Message System at the top right corner of contest page. (Click on Designer name below the designs; now @designer's profile page click on "Send a message to Designer" on the right side.)
This will really help designers to produce a quality design you are looking for.
