| Description: | This is a contest for logo design of a real estate valuation and consulting company. The company is based in Turkey. It is more of a traditional company rather than an internet based company. Therefore simpler designs are going to be preferred but they should be creative. The valuation process is as follows. If a person wants to get a mortgage for buying a house, the Bank wants valuation for the house before giving the mortgage. Therefore real estate valuation and consulting companies investigate the house to determine its real valuation on behalf of the Banks. So the logo design should appeal also to Banks. |
| Design Goals: | We want some items / pictures in the logo related to the real estate valuation and consulting sector. There can be buildings, offices, banks, people, etc. Anything that you can relate to the business that the company operates. We prefer red, blue, green and yellow colors in the logo design but especially red or reddish colors. |
| Design No-Gos: | Any design that you can think of is acceptable. Please don't limit yourselves. |
