| Summary: | JSC Properties Is a Real Estate Investment company that buys houses, multifamilies, and apartment complexes to rehab and then sell to buyers. We also wholesale properties to other investors. We want to present an air of professionalism and inspire confidence in people that call us wanting to sell their home. People that call us may want to sell their home due to pending foreclosure, they inherited a house they do not want, they might be an out of state owner that can not manage the house. They may be a bank that took several properties back through foreclosure and want to sell them. Really want to present a small company feel with elegance and professionalism that a welder or banker would feel comfortable with. JSC Rentals is a company that holds all the rental properties that JSC wishes to keep in it's own portfolio. Want to present the same profesionalism as above but basically to tenants and tenant buyers. We are located in St Louis, MO |

logorama and others thanks for separating!
Designs are great but we really need to see the two "Separate Layouts"
One for JSC Properties
One for JSC Rentals
The companies while related are separate companies therefore we need to see the layouts with just Properties or Rentals, not both.
Obviously taking the extra word out will significantly change the look, feel, and weight of the design so please keep this in mind when doing and reworking your designs.

As you design, keep in mind that this is a template logo for both JSC companies. It will not appear as JSC Properties & Rentals. It will appear as JSC Properties or JSC Rentals individually. Thank you to everyone who has already shown us both views. This helps a lot.
#60 Would like to see with the jsc spread out a bit more
#62 Would like to see with top & bottom of letters lined up horizontally top looks a touch out of line
#63 like the idea, gonna let my wife look at and comment in the morning
